Healthy Eating

We have to eat 2 servings of vegetables and fruits. The unhealthy food that some adults and children like to eat are fried chicken, french fries,hamburger and many more.It is importance to eat healthy because if we keep eating unhealthy food and may cause many diseases.The diseases are kidney,diabetes and many more.Vegetables are benefits because it allot of vitamin and nutrients. Yes. I like to eat fruits and vegetables because the fruits is sweet and healthy ,and vegetables is very juicy and healthy.Yes. Fruits and vegetables are very healthy. I will tell them to eat more fruits veggies. Remember to eat more fruits!!!
